ما توصلني التنبيهات
افتح إعدادات الآيفون ← التنبيهات ← نص صلة، وتأكد إن "السماح بالتنبيهات" شغّال. وافتح التطبيق مرة كل كم يوم عشان نجدد تنبيهاتك.
كيف يحسب وقت التحرك؟
من وقت موعدك نطرح مدة المشوار، والمحطات اللي بالطريق، والوقت اللي تبي توصل فيه بدري. وفي أوقات الذروة أيام الدوام نزيد وقت المشوار شوي.
وش يعني «وصلت»
إذا حان وقت وصولك يطلع لك شريط فوق زر + يسألك «وصلت؟». اضغط «وصلت ✓» ويصير المشوار منجز، أو «لسا» ونذكرك بعد 5 دقايق. ولو قلت «لسا» مرتين على نفس المشوار نقترح عليك تزيد وقت المشوار. وفي التنبيه نفسه نفس الزرّين. ما يطلع للرحلات ولا للمواعيد المتكررة.
عندي إجازة، كيف أوقف تنبيهات الدوام؟
افتح موعد الدوام، وفي "أيام إجازتك" اضغط على الأيام اللي أنت إجازة فيها، ونوقف تنبيهاتها بس.
وين تنحفظ مواعيدي؟
على جوالك فقط. ما عندنا حسابات، وما نرسل بياناتك لأي جهة. سياسة الخصوصية

I'm not getting alerts
Open iPhone Settings → Notifications → Naslah and make sure "Allow Notifications" is on. Open the app every few days so it can refresh your alerts.
How is the leave time worked out?
We start from your appointment time and take away the travel time, any stops on the way, and how early you want to arrive. During weekday rush hours we add a little to the drive.
What does “Did you arrive?” mean?
When it's time to be there, a bar above the + button asks “Did you arrive?”. Tap “I'm here ✓” and the trip is marked done, or “Not yet” and we'll ask again in 5 minutes. Tap “Not yet” twice on the same trip and we'll suggest adding travel time. The alert has the same two buttons. It isn't shown for flights or repeating appointments.
I have a day off. How do I pause work alerts?
Open your work appointment and, under "Your days off", tap the days you're off. We'll pause alerts for those days only.
Where are my appointments stored?
On your phone only. There are no accounts, and we don't send your data anywhere. Privacy policy
